From another angle.

The inaugural Supercross race in Indianapolis took place on March 21, 1992 and the concluding race was held on March 1, 2008. Originally, the stadium was called the Hoosier Dome. The name Hoosier, is used throughout the state and used by numerous Indiana-based businesses and organizations as well as many sports teams.

The 1992 Supercross season saw Damon Bradshaw win more races than anyone up until this time. Damon Bradshaw had a commanding lead going into 1992 Indianapolis Supercross. Mike Kiedrowski and Damon Bradshaw had a spectacular get together over the finish line jump during there heat race where Damon''s bike ended up hitting Mike''s bike and spinning around on the ground. However, this wouldn''t be the only time Damon Bradshaw bike was on the ground that night. Damon Bradshaw got the holeshot at the start of the 20 lap main event. Damon Bradshaw and Jeff Stanton had a great battle for the lead with Jeff leading most of the race. Damon would end up he would end up bailing off the bike over a triple jump during the latter portion of the race. Jean-Michel Bayle and Mike LaRocco would end up going 2nd and 3rd for the night. A guy named Jeremy McGrath would finish 6th for that night.
